Welcome to the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships 2010 in The Hague!
On behalf of the Dutch Skating Federation and the Organizing Committee I have the great pleasure to welcome you to this event. We are very proud to host this fabulous event in The Netherlands for the 2nd time in our history. Looking back on the 2004 Championships with good memories, we have great expectations for 2010!
I would like to thank the ISU Officials, ISU Representative, the Organizing Committee, sponsors and volunteers for their hard work together to prepare a successful Event. I am convinced that competitors will find excellent circumstances and that fans will enjoy their visit to this competition. Splendid performances can be expected, spectacular even, brought to us by the top junior skaters from many countries around the globe.

ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships
March 7 – March 14, 2010.

The Hague (ISU) – Wenjing Sui/Cong Han of China grabbed the lead in the Pairs Short Program ahead of Japan’s Narumi Takahashi/Mervin Tran and Ksenia Stolbova/Fedor Klimov of Russia.
The Hague (ISU) – Russia’s Elena Ilinykh/Nikita Katsalapov danced to the lead in the Westminster Waltz Compulsory Dance followed by Maia Shibutani/Alex Shibutani (USA) and Ekaterina Pushkash/Jonathan Guerreiro of Russia.
